Kinesis Advantage mapping for programming / coding

I finally got a Kinesis advantage! I didn't realize the newer models had mechanical keys until not too long ago. It's super awesome! But holy dam does it feel annoying to have to relearn how to type...

I'm not even sure if I've mapped the keys effectively at this point... But anyway here is my suggestions:

Caps lock -> ctrl
Tab -> Escape (kind of handy for vim)
Delete -> alt
Backspace -> Windows (super)
Home -> delete
End -> backspace
Up cursor -> [
Down cursor -> ]

[ -> /
] -> `
Right cusor -> =

The above suggestions are slightly biased towards my heavy use of the windows key for my windows tiling manager, but definitely override the backspace key under the thumb - as who uses backspace that often (plus if you use vim you won't really ever need this key).
